Prefilter SuperSieve pumping

SuperSieve prefilter pumping mode.

Its application is very simple: a water pump is connected to the prefilter connection (first passing through the UV sterilizer).

Water falls through the stainless steel grate that traps dirt up to 0.3 mm.

This action has an enormous impact on micro-organisms that need to treat less organic matter:

> Increase the performance of biological treatment.

> Decreased cleaning frequency.

> Increase in assimilable volumes.

> Development of biofilm.

> Super oxygenation essential to the bacteria of the filtration which thus find their performance tenfold.

This pre-filter must always be placed above the water level of the pond and therefore of the biological filter that it feeds.

Thinner mechanical filtration: 300 microns!

Applications

As a filter upstream of a waterfall or creek.

As a prefilter, over a multi-chamber filter.

As a trickle filter, combined with existing runoff systems.

As a filter downstream of a pond vacuum cleaner.

As a mechanical filter downstream of a skimmer pump.

Advantages

This prefilter has connections on both sides of the tank, and two different sizes.

Easy connection by means of flexible connections: the system remains completely removable.

The prefilter has a small gutter that collects waste.

Option

Do you want immersion UV on this pre-filter? Very simple, all you have to do is mount the wall connector offered as an accessory on top of the pre-filter (the part of the pre-filter where the water from the pool is pumped) and you can place an immersion UV directly there!
