QuickSeam Form Flash Elevate

Description

Elevate™ QuickSeam FormFlash is a non-vulcanized EPDM strip laminated to a self-adhesive QuickSeam strip. It is used to dress interior and exterior corners, emergences and other details of the pool. It also allows repairs of EPDM membranes. Its thickness is 1.52 mm.

Application

QuickSeam FormFlash can be used in the following Elevate systems: RubberGard™ EPDM, RubberCover™ EPDM, GeoGard™ EPDM, PondGard™ EPDM, GeoSmart™ EPDM and GiscoleneTM EPDM.

Preliminary precautions

The surface of the Elevate EPDM membrane or the surface to be bonded must be cleaned with QuickPrime™ primer using the QuickScrubber™ tool. The use of any other product is not permitted. If stored below 15°C, ensure that it is brought to room temperature before use.

Installation

At temperatures below 15°C, heat with a heat gun to soften QuickSeam FormFlash. Refer to the Elevate Technical Guide for specific installation instructions.

Note: QuickSeam FormFlash is a deformable product that vulcanizes after installation. Proper use of the product, with an installation technique that complies with the general installation guidelines, will ensure that the product functions properly.

Depending on the length or dimensions of the detail.

Use a Quickscrubber sponge to dose the QuickPrime Plus.
