The Inazuma Quantum 60 drum filter thoroughly and reliably cleans your pond automatically, without the need for consumables, energy-saving, and resource-friendly.

It is suitable for ponds up to 60 m³ and Koi ponds up to 30 m³ in size.
Through a clever design, the filter can be used for both pump-operated and gravity-fed setups.

Inazuma uses food-grade, industrial-quality stainless steel V2A for the filter housing. Additionally, Inazuma drum filters come with features such as dry-run protection and safety overflow, among others, as standard equipment.

One of the most appealing aspects of an Inazuma filter is its low maintenance costs. It only requires purified pond water for the backwashing process and doesn't use consumables such as fleece. Instead, impurities are reliably removed from the system by the robust drum with 50 μ V2A stainless steel mesh fabric.

The installation, connection, and commissioning of your filter are incredibly simple. The filter is delivered fully assembled and ready for installation.
Just place the filter, connect it to the piping, mount the control sensors inside the filter, plug in the power cord, and you're on your way to clear water. That's how easy pond filtration can be.

For those who want more control and adjustment options, the Clever V8 microprocessor control is included with every drum filter.
Based on our 15 years of experience in filter construction, the optimal parameters for backwash times, duration, and other indicators are firmly programmed in the control unit.

For even more comfort and flexibility, there is the optional WebCSA V2 internet-enabled control system.
With the WebCSA app (Android & iOS), you can conveniently view and control many parameters from anywhere in the world using your smartphone or tablet.
The system can be customized to your needs with features such as PowerSwitch expansion, temperature sensor, and level regulation.
The WebCSA control system can also be used with the app without an internet connection.

FOR THOSE WHO DO NOT KNOW HOW THIS FILTER WORKS.

The filter mainly consists of a tank in which is housed a rotating drum: this drum is coated with a 50 micron (0.05 mm) filtering membrane on its periphery.

Dirty water from the basin is directed inside the drum and, to leave this filter, the water must pass through the filter membrane. The pond water, which has been freed from particles, leaves the filter and is directed to the biological part.

As the dirty water passes through the drum, the particles settle, blocking the small holes in the membrane, which gradually clogs.

The passage of water is slowed down, which causes a difference in level between the downstream and the upstream of the sieve.

At this time, the detection system starts a drum cleaning cycle. From this moment, the drum rotates very slowly and the nozzles arranged on the upper part (external side of the drum) project jets of water on the filtering membrane: under the pressure of the water, the smallest dirt is expelled from the filter membrane.

This dirt is collected in a gutter and directed outside the filter. The upstream/downstream water level is restored until the next cycle.

This cleaning is of a minimalist type: it only occurs when necessary: the consumption of water and electricity is therefore negligible.
