The Kingfisher is ideal if you manage golf course ponds, lakes and condominium ponds or even residential lake shores and large ornamental ponds.
Designed for bodies of water less than 6000 m3, the Kingfisher has the same patented nanobubble technology as the industrial sized units.
Is your pond or lake plagued by blue-green or filamentous algae?
Low dissolved oxygen (DO) levels in lakes and ponds lead to poor water quality, contributing to the growth of harmful algae and anaerobic bacteria that produce foul odors. With highly efficient gas transfer efficiency, Moleaer’s nanobubble technology effectively increases DO levels in lakes and ponds to target the source of these problems
Moleaer’s patented Kingfisher™ nanobubble generator oxidizes algae and helps remove odorous compounds while simultaneously oxygenating the sediment layer to digest sludge and reduce the presence of nutrients that cause algae blooms.
Due to their small size, nanobubbles have unique physical and chemical properties that create a mild oxidant that improves contaminant removal, sludge digestion, and algae reduction. Additionally, by providing the most efficient gas transfer available, Moleaer’s technology increases dissolved oxygen (DO) levels in sediments, improving water quality, promoting beneficial bacteria, and reducing the presence of odor-causing anaerobic bacteria.
Increasing DO levels increases aerobic conditions in your lake, promoting beneficial bacteria that digest sediment, improving water clarity, and strengthening the aquatic ecosystem to help promote clearer, healthier bodies of water.
Microdose ozone injection enhances the chemical and physical properties of nanobubbles that improve water quality. Ozone (O3) is a natural oxidant commonly used in water treatment to remove bacteria, viruses, hydrogen sulfide, and turbidity. As a standard feature of the Kingfisher that can be bypassed if desired, micro-dose ozone injection increases DO levels in the sediment layer to improve sludge digestion and enhances the gentle oxidising effect of the nanobubbles to reduce algae growth.
Lakes of all sizes can now benefit from chemical-free nanobubble technology with the Kingfisher Nanobubble Generator. Designed for bodies of water up to 6000m3, the Kingfisher has the same patented nanobubble technology as the industrial-sized units.
Conventional aeration technologies achieve less than 3% standard oxygen transfer efficiency (SOTE) per foot of water (1 foot = 12 inches). Third-party testing confirms that Moleaer’s nanobubble technology achieves >85% SOTE in just 2 feet of water, (2 x 12 = 24 inches) increasing dissolved oxygen (DO) levels while using significantly less oxygen than any other aeration technology.
Nanobubbles are superior to all other scalable gas transfer methods
They remain suspended and disperse to deliver gas throughout the liquid volume
They remain stable in the liquid until they interact with surfaces or contaminants
They continue to transfer gas to the liquid until they collapse
Simple Controls
The Kingfisher was designed with only two moving parts for simple operation and maintenance.
Rugged Design
Manufactured with commercial grade materials and assembled in the USA, the Kingfisher will withstand regular use even in extreme climates.
Corrosion Resistant Materials
The Kingfisher features a corrosion resistant housing and weather resistant internals. A set of keys is provided for tamper proof operation.
Shore Mounted
Easily install the Kingfisher on the shore in a flat location close to a standard domestic power supply and start operating immediately after installing the plumbing.
Micro-Dose Ozone Injection
The Kingfisher is fitted as standard with a micro-dose ozone generator, which can be switched off at any time. The ozone enhances the benefits of the nanobubbles to make lakes and ponds more resilient.
The Nanobubble Generator comes fully pre-assembled in a powder coated steel enclosure for outdoor use. The system contains these components:
