Neo KH Plus - Aquaticscience
Neo KH + increases the calcareous or carbonate hardness of the water.
An optimum KH is between 6 and 12 ° KH, a too low value being detrimental to the development of plants and fish.
Regularly check KH especially after heavy rains and during periods of drought. Correct if necessary.
Spread over the entire surface of the water (do not dilute beforehand).
Proceed in small quantities while waiting at least 24 hours between 2 treatments and checking the KH and PH each time.
Based on mineral salts and trace elements.
Stabilizes the pH and the ecosystem in general.
Reinforces the effect of bacteria and improves biological filtration.
Helps in the mineralization of vases.
Causes precipitation of phosphates and makes water clearer.
Prevents deficiencies and diseases.
Reduces the harmful effect of many toxic substances in solution (heavy metals, treatments, ...).
One measure per m³ rises the KH from 1 to 2 units.
Keep dry between 10 and 25 ° C.
Conditioning
NEO KH + - 1 Kg to raise the KH of 10 m3 of water of approximately 8 ° KH.
NEO KH + - 5 Kg to raise the KH of 50 m3 of water of approximately 8 ° KH.
NEO KH + - 15 Kg to raise the KH of 150 m3 of water of approximately 8 ° KH.
A good water balance is based on a good calco-carbonic balance. This requires values of minerals - carbonates - pH balanced between them. It's not simple ! In the graph below, the green zone indicates the mineral / carbonate ratio zone allowing for optimum water qualities. In the red zone you need to increase minerals. While in the orange zone you need to increase the carbonates. This correction is only possible if your pH is lower than the saturation pH indicated on the graph. To lower your pH, you can use pH-.
